I've been looking for a go-to BBQ place in Scottsdale and tonight I found it. Foley Ranch has the tastiest ribs and brisket. Large portions at reasonable prices. I always get my ribs naked( no sauce) so I can taste the rub used and then try the different sauces. These ribs didn't even need sauce ( tho the honey bourbon sauce was excellent) the atmosphere looks very fun with line dancing and live music on n various nights. I can't wait to try other things on the menu, especially the beef rib ( one 3 & 1/2 pound rib ) available only on Friday. As Arnold said, "I'll be back"

Everything at this place went pretty well. Their food is always good. The service is good and they always have good live bands in their live music. I would highly recommend this place. He got a decent dance floor as well. The band in live music is just the right level to where you can still carry on a good conversation without having the LA to each other.

Brisket sandwich was pretty tasty. Honey bourbon bbq sauce had a nice flavor. French fries were really good. Good beer list..not sure why Church Music is on some sort of 'super premium'...Guinness is on their too. That's weird. Service was decent. Prices are a bit high. $30 for a sandwich and a beer. Add tip and we are up to $36 for nothing incredible. It is Desert Ridge though, I guess. Live music had just started. Guy sounded good on the couple of covers that I heard.

Reservation help - 10/10 we had a fluctuating party size and they were fantastic. Ambiance 9/10 - the band was really good and fun on Saturday night. Dance floor never got to crowded with drunk people. Thought their set list could have been better. Food - 7/10. Brisket and sides were 9/10, good sized portions and good taste, Jalapeño poppers - 3/10 - seeds were left in, and they were too much for me, pork belly 2/10 very tough bites, cut in chunks that were too big for one bite, and it was too tough to pull apart with teeth, wings 9/10 really good, salad was a 1/10 hardly any toppings basically just lettuce (it was pitiful). Service was solid 9/10 - coulda used another drink refill a few times. Restaurant was clean.

Foley Ranch is another solid bbq option in the area. We tried their sausage and beef brisket with few side dishes. Everything was delicious and flavorful without being overly salty. The sausage was very juicy and it wasn't too spicy from the jalapeños. My favorite side dish was the green beans and hubby really enjoyed their corn bread hush puppies. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Probably good place to watch games too with their giant tv screens. Enjoy!! Highly recommend!!

Foley Ranch is kind of a hidden gem tucked away in Desert Ridge. I discovered Foley Ranch during AZ Restaurant Week and am so glad I did! Everything about this place is amazing! The service is great. Super welcoming once you walk in. Servers are all super friendly and full of recommendations for great food, which is where Foley Ranch shines. Ive been back four times and have ordered different items each time. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS. The most unexpected items were the fries. If you are a fry connoisseur, you need to try the fries here. Perfectly crispy but still fluffy, with a tasty seasoning. Also, the hush puppies are a must try! The ambiance during our visits is my kind of perfect. Its usually dead inside; like were the only table. One time there was another table. But usually dead. The tables are placed around a giant dance floor with fun lights and a bunch of tv's. Very quiet though. Overall, if you are looking for some great BBQ, check out Foley Ranch.

Foley's BBQ in AZ is an absolute hidden gem in north phoenix. I ordered the half rack of ribs, and they were nothing short of spectacular--tender, juicy, and perfectly smoky. The meal got even better with crispy French fries, flavorful hushpuppies, and the deep-fried mac and cheese. And let's not forget dessert: the cookie skillet was the perfect sweet ending--warm, gooey, and utterly delicious! You don't have to choose between quality and quantity here. You can truly taste the quality in every dish; everything is fresh and made with care.The portions were huge! If you're craving authentic BBQ that feels like a home-cooked feast, Foley's is the place to go. Five stars all the way! Can't wait to come back for more!

Lively spot featuring live singers and space for showing off your line dancing skills. There's more cowboy culture than I experienced in Texas! Food is pretty solid. Ok, I know this is a BBQ place but if there is one item I would not skip it's the giant pretzel! I ordered it and barely got any because everyone at the table loved it! The other unexpected legit item is the potato salad. I need the recipe! The ribs come with a dry rub so if that's your thing, you'll be happy.
